Please join with us in supporting our Troops through organizations such as Operation AC. Our family personally supports the troops through Operation AC. This great organization supplies the troops not only with air conditioners to keep them cool, but various day to day items that they need. It allows you to “adopt a soldier” and help them with their specific needs. We have been able to raise money to buy an air conditioner, boots and other items by getting the Cub Scout Pack and Brownie Troop at our local school involved. We have also used Operation AC to send get well cards, made by our children’s classes, to military hospitals. This has been a great learning experience for our children and many others in our community. It has helped in teaching them not only the importance of our military, but to honor, respect, and support them as well. Some other great foundations are the Marine Corp Law Enforcement Foundation, the USO, Soldiers Angel Foundation and many other great groups. Please give these organizations any support you can.
To all the troops and their families, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. There is no way to thank you for volunteering to do what you do.
